Our Story
ProFlow Plumbing was founded in 2015 by James Chen, a licensed master plumber who believed that the plumbing industry needed a reset. After years of working for companies that cut corners and overcharged customers, James set out on his own with a simple mission: provide honest, high-quality plumbing services at fair prices.
What started as one man and a van quickly grew through word-of-mouth referrals. Homeowners across the GTA told their neighbours about the plumber who showed up on time, explained the problem clearly, and never charged for work that wasn't needed. Within three years, ProFlow had grown to a team of six. Today, we're proud to have 12 licensed plumbers serving communities from downtown Toronto to the outer suburbs.
Despite our growth, our values haven't changed. Every member of the ProFlow team is trained to treat your home with the same care and respect James brought to that very first service call. We're not just fixing pipes — we're building relationships that last.
